Abstract and Full Paper Submission

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  1. All authors are required to submit an abstract (for acceptance consideration) via Abstract Submission System. All abstracts must be submitted in English and please label the file of abstract as "Full Name_Abstract.docx".

  2. Please click the link below to complete the 'Abstract Submission'.

  3. After completing the review process of the abstract, the Organizing Committee will send an 'Abstract Acceptance Letter' to all authors.

Guidelines for Full Paper Submission

  1. After receiving the ‘Abstract Acceptance Letter’ from the Organizing Committee, the authors can submit a full paper as per the guidelines specified in the Abstract Acceptance Letter. All full papers must be submitted in English and please label the file of the full paper as "Full Name_Full Paper.docx".

  2. All authors are required to submit the full paper via the Full Paper Submission System. Please click the link below to complete the 'Full Paper Submission'.

  3. Authors are required to attach ‘License Agreement Form’ for full paper submission.

  4. After completing the review process of the full paper, the Organizing Committee will send a ‘Full Paper Acceptance Letter’ to all authors. The authors may need to revise their full paper if necessary (according to the comments of reviewers).

Important Remarks

  1. Abstract submission and presentation at the conference are both required to include the abstract in the Abstract Book (but not conference proceedings).

  2. Full paper submission and presentation at the conference are both required to include the full paper in the conference proceedings (i.e. at least one author of each article should attend to the conference).

  3. A maximum of two articles per author is accepted for publication.

  5. Before submitting print-ready PDF files, all authors are encouraged to check the quality of the final PDF documents at http://pdf-analyser.edpsciences.org/.

Review Process

  • All abstracts must be original and have not been presented or submitted to any other conferences previously. And, all full papers must be original and have not been previously accepted in a journal or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • A peer review process will be carried out in reviewing the abstract and the full paper for which the full paper will be reviewed by at least two experts in assuring the quality of the submitted papers. The authors are required to response to the comments of reviewers by resubmitting a revised full paper if necessary.

  • All submitted full paper will be checked by the Organizing Committee in a plagiarism tool. Any ethical misconduct will be considered very seriously.

  • Outstanding full papers will be nominated for Best Paper Awards that to be presented during the Closing Ceremony of the conference.

General Ethical Principles

Publication

e-Abstract Book

  • All accepted and presented abstracts (without full paper submission) will be included in the e-Abstract Book.

Conference Proceedings

  • All accepted and presented full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
  • All accepted and presented full papers will be included in ITM Web of Conferences (eISSN: 2271-2097) which is an open access proceeding published by EDP Sciences. ITM Web of Conferences is indexed in Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index).

  • Before publication, ITM Web of Conferences will randomly review papers from each scientific conference using the powerful text comparison tool: iThenticate. This procedure aims to prevent scholarly and professional plagiarism. Any ethical misconduct will be considered very seriously.

Journal

  • Selected full papers (on author’s consent) will be recommended for journal publication (after the papers have been extended). An additional fee may be required for journal publication.
